Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns for opened or used products.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products not in original condition or packaging
• Orders returned without prior approval
• Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

3. Refund Policy

Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

4. Replacement Policy

In cases where the product is damaged or incorrect:

• We may offer a replacement instead of a refund
• Proof such as photos or videos may be required for verification

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Wait for return authorization before sending any item

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

6. Shipping Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is caused by us
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

7. Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped
• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
